Prior to practicing in northern Michigan, Jane was Assistant General Counsel for Litigation, and prior to that for Financial Law, for The Dow Chemical Company. She spent over four years working for Dow Europe, SA, in Switzerland. Prior to her Dow experience which began in 1979, Jane was a Deputy Indiana Attorney General. Jane graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University.
