Timothy P. Bliss has extensive experience representing tenants, landlords and property owners in all types of real estate transactions including purchase/sale transactions, warehouse leases, office leases, retail leases, build to suit leases, subleases and land contracts. Tim also has experience in real estate finance, lease disputes, easements, parking agreements, vacation rental agreements and license agreements. With his experience having handled hundreds of lease and purchase/sale transactions, clients value and rely on Tim’s practical advice and ability to work through complex transactions. Prior to joining KORO, Tim was a partner with the Detroit based firm, Bodman PLC.
